About Scott Caroen:
A native of Michigan, Caroen attended Northern Michigan University on a football scholarship, graduating with a degree in Business Management and running his family's auto repair business. While on a trip to New York he met the owner of C-Two Hotels, a San Francisco boutique hotel management company, and convinced him of his qualifications to be his Executive Assistant.

Community Leadership Alliance offers its constituents a direct link to their city's government. CLA also facilitates meetings with community members and their city government officials regarding quality of life issues.
